The scoresheets contain a macro which when enabled will automatically check for newer versions when the file is opened on a computer that is connected to the Internet. The analyst scores the job by checking only those items that apply to that. For example, when it comes to continence, an A score suggests that: ‘Continence care is problematic and requires timely and skilled intervention, beyond routine care. tailor the checklist for office settings, types of jobs might be listed to. The health and function criteria are scored A, B or C, with a score of A indicating that a greater level of support is needed.
